Quotes and Estimates

All quotes and estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material costs, or scope changes. We will notify you of any significant changes before starting work.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typical arrangements include a deposit before work begins and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the timeframe specified in your contract.

Project Timeline

Site Access and Preparation

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and removing any obstacles or valuable items from the site. We will protect your property during work, but we are not responsible for items left in the work area.

Warranty

We stand behind our work with a warranty on workmanship. The specific terms and duration will be outlined in your project contract. Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper maintenance, or natural wear and tear.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover materials already ordered and schedule disruptions.

Liability

RVC Brandon Concrete carries full liability insurance for your protection. We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities that are not properly marked, pre-existing property damage, or issues arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.

Weather and Force Majeure

Concrete work is weather-dependent. We may need to delay or reschedule work due to rain, extreme temperatures, or other conditions that would compromise quality. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.
